Traditional Thai Massage
Thai massage is an ancient technique which combines yoga-style stretching with acupressure therapy and traditional Chinese medicine. This type of massage is performed on a floor mat and requires the recipient to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Traditional Thai massage does not use massage oil, but does include light aromatherapy, reflexology, and hot towels if desired.

Table Thai Fusion Massage
Table Thai Fusion combines Traditional Thai massage techniques and deep-tissue techniques on the massage table. Perfect for those who want oil massage combined with Thai-style stretching and acupressure therapy. This type of massage uses aromatic herbal balms and deep stretching for enhanced mobility and profound relaxation.

Thai Herbal Compress
This treatment uses specialty compresses filled with traditional Thai herbs such as turmeric, kaffir lime, galangal, and camphor. The compresses are steamed and applied to the body to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and provide therapeutic heat to body tissues. Compresses are single use and can be taken home after massage for continued therapy.

Prenatal Massage
Full-body massage is provided in a side-lying position with oil or lotion. This session may target areas of concern such as the hips, and includes light aromatherapy with pregnancy-safe oils if desired. The massage therapist is specifically trained in prenatal massage and will review health history upon arrival. Please note: for safety reasons we do not provide massage during the first trimester, and we strongly recommend that pregnant individuals consult with their healthcare provider prior to scheduling.

Immersive Aromatherapy
Enhance your massage experience by incorporating a variety of essential oils and blends into your massage. Unlike light aromatherapy, which uses only a single essential oil on pulse points, immersive aromatherapy uses multiple essential oils and integrates them into your massage oil or cream. This creates a more immersive aromatic experience and amplifies the benefits of your chosen oils. Oils will be selected based on consultation with your massage therapist.
